How can you offer such low prices?
At Lilian Bridal we can offer our collections in such low prices for 2 major reasons. First, we operate at much lower overhead than a retail store. Since all our dresses are order to made, we do not need to hold expensive stocks. In addition, we do not employ many people, such as sales staff. Since we do not have to accommodate for these costs, we gladly can pass the savings onto our customers.

What is the quality of your dresses?
Our dresses made of high quality fabrics such as satin, taffeta, chiffon, organza.

Will my dress fit me, do you do final fitting?
All the dresses are made to order based on your measurements provided.  We give a size chart on each page and allow our customers to make a comment in the remarks box when paying if they have any requests for slight size changes such as length or if they have size 12 bust and 14 hips etc. We will always confirm the order, size colour and any changes if required. The dress will not be made until all information is confirmed and corrected.

Therefore, if the measurements actuate, the dress should fit you.  However, if it doesn't fit and need alterations, here are two options:

If you locate in Victoria, we have an alterations specialist partner in Chadstone, Victoria whom can help you to do your professional measurements for addional $30.  If you would like Lilian Fashion Alterations to include a complete fittings as well, there will be a fixed $250-$450 addional for all the fittings and alterations.

If you live outside Victoria, Australia, we do not offer an alteration service because without having you here in the gown, we can not guarantee that the alterations will be correct.  We suggest contacting a professional seamstress/ tailor in your area whom experienced in bridal and formal gowns.

Don’t know what size to choose?
All our dresses are measure to made, the selection on sizes are just a guideline.  We allow our customers to make a comment in the remarks box when paying if they have any requests for slight size changes such as length or if they have size 12 bust and 14 hips etc.  Depends on the style, once the order received, we may send you a Measurement Guidelines to assist you in taking all the necessary measurements for us to ensure a perfect fit for your body shape.

Can I add some design changes to one of your gowns & does it incur any additional fees?
Yes, we happy to make design changes based on your requirements.  Depends on the changes require, it may or may not incur additional costs.  Please contact us regarding any changes you may have in mind and we will be happy to discuss them with you.

Can I have my very own design dress for my dream wedding?
Yes, please let us know your design and requirements and your very own specially made wedding dress will be made for you.  Please keep in mind; in this case, usually it takes more time to produce the dress.

Made to order dresses are normally expensive, I am afraid I cannot afford?
We understand that the dresses are being ordered for a very special occasion and we make ensure that you get your quality exquisite dress at a budget and affordable price.

How long does it take to deliver my order?
Normally it takes between 4-6 weeks to make and ready for delivery. If you require your dress urgently, we do have a fast track service for a small surcharge.

Do you have a dress in stock for immediate dispatch?
No. All our dresses are made to order for each customer.

What happen if nobody is home when the dress is delivered?
Australia Post normally leaves a note to call for pick up arrangement.

How can I be sure my dress will be delivered on time?
We will inform you how long the dress will take to make and deliver. Once your order and delivery time has been accepted your dress will be made to meet this delivery time and we will inform you if there are any problems. We use a reliable service for delivery to protect against losing your parcel and so that all parcels are traceable and we are aware of any damaged parcels.

Can I return the dress?
We offer a returns policy for standard size dresses if the dress we make and send is the wrong size, wrong style or wrong colour or other errors by us. (ie not as ordered) If the dress arrives damaged please contact us immediately. It is a costly and time consuming process to make dresses for individual customers therefore we can not accept the style does not suit me as a reason for returning a dress. We are a fair trade company that sell many dresses on small profit margins.

Is payment secure?
We use the totally secure services of PayPal allowing you to pay in total security with any major credit or debit card or with your current PayPal account if you have one. (You do not need to be a PayPal member to use this service). 

How do I pay for a totally custom made dress?
Please contract us and we will send you a separate PayPal invoice and you can follow the step bu step instruction to make a payment.

Do you have a shop I can come to see the gowns and get measured up?
The main reason we can bring such high quality gowns to our customers at this low prices is because we do not have a showroom for public and therefore do not have to pass on all the overhead expenses to our valued customers through the prices of our gowns. As a result we do not have a shop front for you to come to visit.
